Personal Branding + Research + Strategy

Do you see yourself as a boss? Do you think you can achieve much more? Do you think it is time to make important changes? Do you think your contributions can be significant? Do you have the knowledge? Have you gained experience? Are you a person before you are a worker? Do you remember that not everyone has the same capabilities? Are you clear about how far you want to go? Do you have humility?

Every question makes me feel like a person who is not yet ready to be a leader. But when I ask myself who is ready, everything seems better. It is a reality that we have to ask all the questions I asked at the beginning, because if we answer them in a transaparte, sincere and above all mature way, we can detect where we still need to work.

However, we do not need to have management positions, be heads of large groups, be the head of a company, have our own business… because leadership starts independently and as the title indicates “Personal Brand + Research + Strategy” is what makes a leader, and of course many other things. But when you think about it, why a personal brand? you detect that your personality impacts positively or negatively to the people around you, if far from maintaining a friendly, proactive, united environment, you have an opposite environment, you are not becoming a leader at all. The same goes for research, which in the end translates to your knowledge, if you have the knowledge to apply it, share it with others without being envious, you are becoming a good leader without realizing it. And finally, the strategy is more than a set of nice words, it is more than doing things right, the strategy is how you relate to others to achieve an objective and in an optimal way, in communion, in community support, without being overbearing.

But it is clear, many of us want to be more than a helper or assistant, many of us want our own business or want our recognition to be in higher and higher positions, ambition is not bad, ambition in fact is a source of extremely good positivity that drives you to want to be better and better. So I recommend you, do not seek to be a boss or have a position something, seek to be a leader that positively impacts the lives of others and although we will not necessarily please everyone, sure everyone will learn at least one thing from you.

In order not to make this message long and boring, I just want to mention 3 bosses that I have come across

1. Leading boss2. Boss on the way to becoming a leader3. Insecure boss who doesn’t want to be a leader.

The first one has had the experience, does not forget where he comes from, is humble and above all understanding.The second, has shown to be a noble person afraid to interact with people, seeking to teach more than he should really teach.The third, only seeks to monopolize everything possible, controlling you, not letting you be free and making you believe that you are an incompetent person.
